Is this one of those products which you will simply never need? If this toothbrush problem of bacteria growing on your toothbrush is so bad, how come huge companies such as Oral-B haven't come up with a product like this?

Or...

I don't think i've ever seen a toothbrush packaging say: "Buy a Toothbrush Sanitiser" to help prevent harmful bacteria from growing on your toothbrush.

And lastly, (I know this question might sound daft) but are 3 AAA batteries powerful enough to really kill bacteria?

@supertecnoboff Good & valid points, but for those that worry about this sort of thing I think it has its place on the market. It is also a great design, encourages kids to keep their toothbrushes clean :)
