Good Muslims are - those who follow the Quran:

Quran 2:154 The highest grade Muslims are those who kill and are killed.

Quran 3:62 and there is no god but Allah; and most surely Allah -- He is the Mighty, the Wise.

Q 9:29 (قَٰتِلُو) Kill those who do not believe in Allah

Q 9:111 They fight in the cause of Allah, so they kill and are killed. For that they will have Paradise. So rejoice in your transaction which you have contracted.
