Ya know, some police are fucken idiots. if they were to be smart police. they would have laid back and let them get ahead a few miles. then come up on them at a stop or slow area. that being said. they would put less people at risk. and the person would have gotten their car back. but due to running from police, now the car is junk and people are in poor condition.
