It was 46 degree that day. We lived about 5 streets away from that fire, and i remember it burnt for about 5 days or so. My 2 year old daughter was frightend of the choppers flying so close over our house. I told her that they were heros flying over, and she was at ease. I only realize now how close we really were! thanks, brilliant vid! and hats off to the firies! You guys really are heros!

THe firies and helitack pilots did a great job containing that fire, it was massive! I hope to be a firefighter one day, and get to work alongside awsome things like that chopper.

Yes it is a siren from the helicopter. It is used to warn the firefighters on the ground that we are about to drop on the fire.
