  • I have a problem...I just got pcdj karaoki and it only plays 1:00 of the karaoke track and then shuts off.... Any idea's?

  • @dtpentertain Not from that fault description, no. Download the latest update to Karaoki from pcdj.com, then if you still have the problem use the tech support contact page on pcdj.com

  • I have this new software, but it only plays the song for a minute and stops, can you telll me why please?

  • @Brendalovee143 No but there's something wrong for sure. Haven't had a fault description like that before! Contact our support team, in the UK it's support@pcdj.co.uk elsewhere support@pcdj.com

  • Hello, just a quick question, there are quite alot of professional karaoke singers where i live who bring their own discs. Would i need a separate program on my laptop to play their songs ?

  • @woden20 Yes you would. Karaoki won't play from a CDG disc directly, the tracks have to be ripped onto the computer first.

We are looking to add the ability to play CDG discs directly but that will be later this year.

  • @KatieChee Google "Audiograbber", that's what I use.

  • How do I get the free software to convert CD+G disks?

  • @iqbaladamiqbal hi

Yes, it accepts VOB files (actually any video file you have the codec for is fine)

Not for the Mac yet though, PC only!
