Ginormous Dust Storm 7-5-2011

So, I was on my way home from work.....and....this followed me home lol My first really freaking huge dust storm while living in Arizona. PARDON MY LANGUAGE ;)

EDIT: This video is taken in my driveway at home....I literally made it there 5 minutes prior to it hitting.

EDIT: When the video goes black at the end, that IS NOT me ending the video or going inside - that is when the dust blocked out all light in the sky, and my phone could no longer capture.

Was awesome watching this roll up in person, I then proceeded to get on long sleeve clothing, wrap a shirt around my head, and walk around. went from day to dark as night REALLY fast.

@thatguy1252 Obviously you have never driven into a bad dust storm or fog....where you can't see anything in front of you, past the hood of your car. There are often reports of 100+ car pile ups in fog and dust. Search out on the net, they are reported nearly every year.

White knuckle time?!?, its just sand....im watching footage, all it looks like is just a a hella foggy day except sand...i mean you easily see everything, its just slightly "foggy"

I lived in the Valley 10 years, dust storms are common but one this big is not. Scary when you get caught driving into one on I8 or I10! White knuckle time!
