Ok if they are going to do that then why don't they put a picture of a kid or person is killed by a drunk driver on beer cans and bottles! That will get people to quit drinking! PUSH IT ON TOBACCO THEN PUSH IT ON ALCOHOL

for the simple and logical reason that smoking is not good, and not good for health even if consumed in moderation. There is a saying "we must not abuse the good things."

It is a question of being a responsible consumer. Unfortunately, not all people who drink / drive responsibly....

Sorry for the shock caused by these images of Canadian prejudices, we all have the same reaction at first. But the worst thing that these pictures can do is improve your health! ;)

why isnt there clogged heart operations on table salt , or stroke victims on a bag of chips , or black teeth on a jar of coffee , how come theres no pictures of a family crushed to death between 2 lorrys on a car door when brought new? who ever is responsible for these images should be sued for discrimination if its not already happening , is about time ASH UK was swept in the bin

I love my country, (canada) but i hate how everything here is so goddam liberal. tobacco smoking should be a choice of the people. these warnings sicken me.

I stopped smoking for 2 weeks recently, but started up again upon returning home, but quitting again now... For me the reason to quit was more about lung capacity then anything else, i started to notice panting and puffing after walking up only 3 story's... which was highly unacceptable, and that's only after 1 1/2 years...

hate these things to .. very discriminatory .. you won't see them doing this for alcohol, food etc.. they make to much money on that stuff.

and it's really stupid and a waste of money, like smokers don't already know this stuff. Knowledge is not the problem, addiction is.
