u need to hold it in for 30 seconds, using a water bong will make it easier to hold the smoke in longer.

@Anew2012 I actually just went into a Tobacco store and they had it. When I seen it I was like give me some of that. He told me they had a stronger kind but he didn't want me to use it right away until I tried the lower dose. He was happy to see that I was trying something new, because people are so scared of everything
