Blind dogs, if given a loving home, can have a very successful, active life... they learn to sense things around them, and have emotions and feelings toward different things just like a normal dog or a human would...

a good thing is to not change layouts of rooms same goes for if u know humans with sight problems

I'm so sorry for your dog. I just spent today with my cousin, whose 14 year old dog is blind. You'd never know it when she's in a familiar place. Except for those white cataract eyes, she is just as normal as she ever was.
