The Ranchhod Group (Property Division) with offices in Auckland, Sydney and Brisbane won the prestigious "Business Excellence in Property Investment" at the Awards Night Presentation and Dinner held at the Sky City Convention Centre in Auckland New Zealand on Monday 14th November, 2011.
The Ranchhod Group (Property Division) beat off over 400 nominations to win the prized trophy for "Business Excellence in Real Estate Investment".
The Prime Minister of New Zealand, the Right Honorable John Key, presented Ray Ranchhod, Chairman of the Ranchhod Group and CEO Mahesh Ranchhod with the highly contested Award.
Having worked closely with the Ranchhod Group over a number of years as the company continues to grow in these tough economic times and is testament to the astute and prudent stewardship shown by Ray and Mahesh as they lead their team to continually strive for excellence, says Auckland Commercial Property Sales & Leasing specialist Millie Liang.
Millie Liang says the Ranchhod Group thoroughly deserved the Award for the well researched investment and leasing decisions the Group continues to make as they build their commercial property investment portfolio in both New Zealand and Australia.
