Rod Serling made another one for the end of the 1st season. I think this one is way too simple, but I did it anyway.

  • God I hate that eye. Not yours, Master Hoshi, but the eye they used in general. So over mascara'd... and the music AAAAAAAARGH.

  • It's a bit girly isn't it. But I followed the same as the original.

  • that eye is possibly the most ICONIC thing about twilight zone. personally, i saw all the episodes after they came out on dvd, and loved them. they dont make tv shows like this anymore. i miss this show

  • That is so true.

  • this one's real scary and creepy,i like it!

  • The alternate intro easily shaved 10 years off my life when I first saw it as a kid! That eye combined with the Herrmann theme (with a more insistent beat than the usual season-one theme) still chills my spine. Maybe that's why this intro was dropped--too many viewers fainted before the episode (and commercials)!

  • You got the eye n then the sun symbolism, illuminati much?

But idc about that type of stuff.

  • best inro. of them all I think ,I love that eye , its a very pretty lady like eye , almost looks looks like it should me on a Cover Girl Add , or else just by changing up the format if this it could double as a beauty eye lashes add too !!!

  • LOL!! :)

  • G'ah! It's the intro that watches YOU.

  • i've seen this intro used on the episode "The After Hours". By far, this intro made that episode more creepy and scared the hell out of me as a kid.

  • From what I've read, Rod wanted a new intro and visuals. I suspect this was indeed a test for season 2 (assuming at the time he'd be renewed for one.)

  • This would have also been good, had they used the more familiar and iconic Twilight Zone theme, which came later.
