  • It comes down to balancing eating for nourishment and enjoyment over the course of several days (no single meal needs to be perfect).

  • I was so hungry when I first watched this video.. now I am eating apples!! Healthy, AND it give me the nutrition I need.

  • Balance, Variety, & Moderation! Lots to choose from. What do I want? First question ...hmmm all these years, I have felt guilty for eating what I want vs. What I should! So MANY rules in my. head. Don't you have to have the proper mix of protein and carbs esp if you are an "athlete"? BALANCE what you want WANT with what you NEED. LIsten to your BODY.
