It's a given that they'd be fit for the job, just as it's a given that the pilot can do more than wink at ladies.
Aside from the insane legs, the actresses are not special looking, but they are confident, happy, healthy and well rested. They are highly groomed which looks nice and suggests attention to detail. Funny ad. I'm glad to see there are at least a few companies that haven't gone over the top politically correct. Ads are to get my attention and remember your company. This ad achieves that.
