Non/Disney - Pirates & Mermaids

*The screencaps suck!! damn!*

First of all I recently saw here on YT a commercial for something called "Clorox" (forgive me but we don't have that in Portugal) xD and I loved both the idea of pirates and mermaids and the song (by Blue Sky Project)! So, of course, I had to make a video with it ^^

I don't really use iTunes but I think the song is available for download there and the money goes to charity - we hope...

Also... I'm cutting down on my viding for a while. I'll probably just finish some I have started already but I won't be posting for some time... but don't worry! It's just until I have my 3rd year college aplication filled and my new schedule done! ;)

Now for the basics on the oh! so! simple! story:

- Jim's father left saying he was going to Neverland but Jim never believed him;
- He lives his boring life until one day a flying ship appears - Captain Hooks's (I'm sooo glad I finally used him!);
- Hook says he knew Jim's father and asks him to join the crew - which he does;
- However he's used as a cabin boy and never gets to see any action;
- One day he explores Neverland and comes across the mermaid lagoon (I just love them!) where he sees Ariel but the mermaids also se him - busted!!
- We move to Ariel's life under the sea as years pass and Jim grows older (Sinbad) and decides to take over Hook's ship - which makes the crew oh so happy (go figure);
- Ariel and Sinbad meet again (never having forgotten each other) and talk but the ship is caught in a storm;
- Ariel saves him and decides she can't live without him so she turns human (look familiar?! no sea witch this time);
- Sinbad finds her on the beach and we have ourselves a happy ending xD

Pretty simple huh?! just pirates and mermaids ;)

At first I was confused when I first watched it....then I read your description of what the plot was supposed to be like.....after watching it again I realise that you did an amazing job...I personaly think that the best sequance was when you had Jim/Sinbad speaking with Ariel that part flowe together so smothley it was beautiful. Keep up the great work.

Pirates and mermaids-- these are a few of my favourite things! Hehe I love this, its so full of cuteness and awesome actiony sequences --- sorry for insufficient words like actiony lol my brain in snoozing :P But I just lurrrrrrve this!

WOW perfectly executed!

Nothing was off, everything was just the way it should be. A masterpiece among AMV making. Especially because you had no lyrics to base the visuals on. Just perfect.
