My Goldfish Tank

It is a suggestion of Feng Shui to keep goldfish. I originally started doing so on
that principle, but now they are my dear pets, and basically- kids.

Composition of tank:

Boss- The big Kahuna
Mini Boss- 2nd in size/ command
Scooter- A fast moving fish
Dog- A very hyperactive fish
---All comet tails
+The original Lucky- A fan tail. Last of the original fish, which were all fantails.

I keep the water clean, without changing so often as to introduce excessive stress. I feed them a 100% vegetarian diet of flakes. As well as select fresh vegetables, as appropriate for goldfish, and sized accordingly.

Nope. I get all my stuff from local shops and private parties- not box stores.

@WinstonAzul At least I had them in a proper bubbling tank, not a bowl. I'd never do that. But I did start out with 7 of the chubby fan tails and very unfortunately, lost all but one- deemed Lucky, from that- in this vid, and they were in a 5 gallon tank. Irresponsibility that I must be accountable for. That I learned and grew from. That I'm sorry for.

you're tank is really overstocked. I would see if anyone with a large tank or pond can take on some of the fish and I'd move maybe two of those wee guys into a 55Gal tank. :)

You need at least a 55 gallon for

Goldfish unless theyre the fantail kind that only get up to 6 inches. You can have a couple of fantails in the 25 gallon and maybe a snail but "boss" will get up to 2 feet!!!
