The whole world has now admitted that Georgia started the war.
Doesn't matter how small Georgia may be, they were still the ones that started the aggression in Ossetia for w/e reason, probably just a stunt to try and get into NATO. So the russian peacemakers had to intervene BECAUSE a lot of the south ossetian population was indeed russian and did have russian passports and they were simply protecting the russian citizens.
