  • Is it V12 or V24?

Because I see 12 exhaust pipes each side!,

another probability of having 2 exhaust valves/cylinder and each valve has its own exhaust pipe!

  • @VWRGTI It is a V12 and I think your theory is correct. I have a feeling that it is a twin port design but there is very little information on that engine.

  • What camera are you using? The quality looks pretty good

    Also nice video

  • @thesoviet32 Sony CX350V - Full HD 1080 recording and as you can hear the audio is also pretty good, well worth the price in my opinion!

  • 1500hp and LOTS of Ft-Lbs of torque!

  • Screw the EPA!

  • nuthin like a murdered out old car i always say lmfao

  • That guy's hat rules.

  • I'm sorry to burst your bubble, but the 42 liter V12 was not used in the P51. This engine was too heavy for aerial use and was only used in the PT boats.

The one in the P51 was the 27 liter Packard built Rolls Royce Merlin known as the V-1650.
