NSF is government funded, so I believe this video is in the Public Domain.

Whoops, always Google before you ask: I found a reference that says it began airing in spring of 1988.

I just found this on an old tape... do you have any idea how old it is? I kinda remember it, but can't quite say if it's from my childhood (late 70's-early 80's). The tape is from late 80's, but government PSA's tended to air forever back then...
