You know what, the original version is very melodic and slow, which how it was meant to be. But we will always have that version to listen to as the inspiration. I think this version is great because it's just someone else's interpretation of the song, the shredding guitar may not be how Jimi did it, but it sure as hell is what Chris was feeling. Excellent job!

it was good till he did all the shred shit. dont take that offenseive though i like shred and all but i think that song should be just all meoldy not just scales. IMO
