Bullying, like juvenile crime/teen pregnancy is PARENTIING FAIL due to th subjective attitude parents have toward an authority on child-rearing. Thus causing break down of family unit & our society as a whole. The point is babies are having babies before they are trained to care unselfishly for another humanbeing & what do we get? Rather than cultivating self-control, personal responsibility & empathy, only self-gratification, enterntainment & a rapid decrease in fellow feeling!
