I am purchasing 6-8 properties per month in Portland Or, Sacramento Ca, and Birmingham Al. I am interested in opening other markets throughout the USA specifically California and Texas.

I am currently coaching, and helping others by partnering on residential buy, fix and sell deals.

My firm is managing IRA funds, cash, equity, and credit lines. Keep in mind we are always seeking additional capital.

I have been buying real estate for 9 years - Started buying in college when I was studying to get my business degree in finance and marketing.

My focus is residential real estate investing. We buy, fix, and sell. I am working with other investors and like minded people in real estate.

Currently buying in Portland Oregon, Sacramento California, and Birmingham Alabama. Considering Seattle, Texas and other parts of California. Also, partnering and coaching others who want to do the same.

Any American can become a millionaire in 3 -5 years in real estate if they surround themselves with the right people. Real estate has made the most Millionaires out of any other business in the past 200 years.

I have traveled the country to meet with, and learn strategy from, prominent leaders such as Robert Kiyosaki, Donald Trump, Robert Shemin, Colin Powell, Zig Ziglar, and John Maxwell.

I obtained my business degree at Western Oregon University. Since graduation, I have purchased over 500 single-family and multi-family units in the past nine years.
