  • Thanks, good advice for those of us with 100+ year old houses trying to rehab on a budget.

  • Who did the framing?

  • if the wall ant str8 u grab the capenter a kick hiz ass till the wall goes str8,fucking around with shimmys.fuck off

  • Good job. Now go around to the other side of the wall where the stud is bowedOUT. How you gonna fix that? I'll tell ya. You take that sawsall thatyou buchered that boxwith and you cut a small V in the side of the stud. Then you push the stud straight and scew a small piece of wood to the side of it to hold it in place. After that you won't even need to go to home depo. You will have saved money and time.

  • nothing personal to this guy, but expert village makes some of THEE worst videos of ALL kinds. the experts they use are all dollar store crackheads it seems. ive watched everything from auto vids, to home improv, to general how to's and they all are seriously lacking. expert village needs to change their name or get out of the business altogether

  • Paper shims? Pulleaze do not follow this advice. Straighten the wall first for starters and used wood for shims.

  • kinda?

  • you can use a stringline to get the walls straight, before the plasterboard goes on. cheers.

  • thanks for the effort on these vids, altogether a good intro. I guess some sorry folks are leaving comments just to be dix. lets see them post some vids instaed of just running their yaps.

  • He could still kick your ass.
