from the looks of the train station, it will be identical to the concourse E station. Also are they gonna replace the announcements the train has to include the terminal F stop? That's an obivous awnser.

Where exactly is the new terminal being built in relation to the other concourses already in use by the airport today?

@stathopoulosp1 Thanks for the note. The international terminal is being built just east of Concourse E right near the FAA control tower.

@AtlantaHartsfield Isn't that causing a problem for cargo service companies like FedEx, UPS, and the US Postal Service? Isn't their base of operations for the region around that area near the Air Traffic Control Tower.
Basically all of that people that arrive internationally through the new terminal could leave straight through I-75 after going through customs and not need to the other side to the main terminal, right?

@stathopoulosp1 No, no problem for the cargo guys. They operate on the north side of the airfield at North Cargo.
And, you are correct. The international terminal will create a new front door to the airport with quick access to I-75 on the east side. So passengers will not have to go through current terminal.
Thanks for the note!

@AtlantaHartsfield I also think that they would have to go all the way to the main terminal anyways if they need to access the people mover if they have rented a car when booking their trip to Atlanta.

@stathopoulosp1 A number of options are being considered. One possibility is that reserved rental cars might be staged at the new international terminal.
