@DRock4378 Of course you do. Im a BEA in CT and that would be an instant charge if the person you falsely arrested took you to court. Its on film dude, 3:30

@zcummings48 First of all I am a certified agent in CT and have many arrests under my belt. I also investigate cases for the state marshals. I was refering to what happend at 3:30 in this video. Thats called false arrest and seisure, so yes they could have been charged. Maybe im not the one that should do the reading. The laws are really messed up and we bail enforcement agents pretty much have to walk on pins and needles. Just sayin
