Parkour: A Movement of Reason (pt 1)

My name is Muhd. Sabree. I am a Parkour practitioner based in Malaysia. For my university's elective project, I decided to set off on a journey to train with the many parkour practitioners scattered across the country. All this in the hopes of 'putting back meaning' into my movement.
