Gals sercert Recipe - New york cheese cake Recipe

Graham Cracker Crumb Crust :

Graham Cracker Crumbs 3 oz.
Butter, unsalted, melted 1 ½ oz.
Sugar, granulated 1 oz.

Custard:
Cream Cheese 1 lb. 8 oz.
Sugar 5 oz.
Eggs 3 each
Sour Cream 2 ½ oz.
Extract, vanilla 1 oz.
Cornstarch 1 oz.
Lemon Juice 1 tbsp.
Heavy Cream 20 oz
