  • @Herosnhut Where can you learn parkour? Learn it on your own. Meet people on facebook. Go to Parkour Generations website.

    Start from the bottom. Bottom means ground. Find your own way of moving. Learn from these videos if you have to, have fun, strengthen yourself, make goals, eat healthy, drink water, make videos of yourself, and share them with the world. ;D Hope this helped. Take care my friend, and God Bless.

  • @N00BisHemmy No difference. Its all movement. Names was found from two different people. Just enjoy the movement, call it Parkour because Parkour sounds cooler :D Start from the bottom.   • @Fidellio13 hey i dont know if ur ganna read this but i started im 12 i did it way to much i go to the tempest freerunning academy and at home i did like 5 days a week and weekends and my knees are so fucked up i havent done parkour for like 5 months now its getting better tho XD
