@MrGanjalove420 Peace. Firstly, Islam does not persecute Christians. If you read islamic history - from the spread of islam in the former roman empire, to the islamic state in spain, and the copts in eygpt, you will see christians and muslims have co-existed peacefully for centuries. Even during the time of the Crusades, when SalahuDeen won back jerusalem from the crusaders he did not punish a single christian, despite the massacre of the crusaders only decades earlier.

These words from the Quran seem very straightforward. The Bible seems to me much more open to interpretation, more figurative.

I guess all sacred books are unique. Diversity is a good thing.
