And for the brighter side of the night, I was, well.. let's say, kinda excited. This was a special night in particular. My family, mom, dad, Dallas and little Madison would be watching, My bestfriend in the entire world would be present as what she had promised, and for the major role and guest appearance for tonight's mini show of mine.. was my boyfriend and his brothers.

"Where's Joe?" Selena's voice woke me out of my reverie.

"Are you tryin' to figure out where's Nick?" I giggled smoothly.

"Nooo.." She blushed. "Where's Joe?"

"Probably outside." I raised one perfect eyebrow. "They'll be joining us here."

KNOCK.KNOCK.KNOCK.

"There ya' go." I beamed.

Selena giggled, got up from the couch and hurried to the door.

"Hey, Selena!" The velvety voice of someone very familiar and special occupied the sweet but quiet atmosphere of the room. "How are you?"

I turned around and saw Joe hugged my bestfriend.

"Im cool." Selena giggled right after they pulled apart.

"Nick's here." Joe teased her.

"Absolutely." Nick's solemn but excited voice made Selena jumped in surprise. He popped out of nowhere and jumped frantically towards her.

"Hi Nick." Selena whispered.

I saw Nick leaned forward and kissed her cheek. "I miss you." Then he gave her a real romantic hug. For a second, I found myself squealing quietly from a corner. The scene was quite like in a movie, and I was totally enjoying it.

"Whoa, man." Joe took his step pass Nick and Selena, who's currently hugging each other, then paced forward to me. He sounded like he was about to puke. I mean, I thought those mushy stuffs were romantic. "Hey, princess. what's up?"

His soft, mouthwatering eyes met mine, then all of a sudden my heart melted. "Pr-rin-cce-ss?" Did I just stutter?

"Are you okay?" His smile faded, he put my face between his two cold hands. "Are you feeling sick?"

"No, Im fine. Ha. Ha." I tried to act cool.

"Are you sure?"

"Yeah." I sighed.

He laughed then placed his arms around my waist, giving me a hug.

"I love you." He whispered throught my hair, his head rested on my shoulder, making me shiver.

I giggled after 2 more seconds of spacing out. "Love you too." I whispered through his chest.

He pulled away, smiling like an angel. "I would like to hear those words over and over again."

"Let me think about it."

He pouted. "Why are you so mean?"

"No, Im not mean." I laughed.

His pout faded, and a his perfect lips curved into a perfect smile. "That's why I love you." He leaned forward and kissed my forehead, then moved down to kiss the tip of my nose, and then lower..

"Alright.. that's enough." I giggled nervously. "Don't ruin my make-up." And I thought that wouldn't bother my conscience, but the moment reminded me of one necessary thing.

I haven't got my first kiss with Joe.. yet. And what the hell did I just do? I turned him down, He was about to kiss me in the lips. Great, now what?

"Oh. Sorry." He rubbed the back of his head, smiling apologetically.

"No.No.No. It's fine." My voice was agitated. Now I looked more desperate than ever. There's nothing more embarrassing than this.

"Well, I was wo..--"

KNOCK. KNOCK. KNOCK.

"Ms. Demi Lovato, the show will start in 5 minutes." I heard the voice of a staff guy from the other side of the door.

I looked up at Joe "I need to get ready." Then I flashed a small frown, dropping my head down.

He grabbed my hands. "We'll be watching you rock the stage, right?" Then he flashed my favorite smile that was perfectly priceless.

"Totally." I beamed out loud.

"We'll be outside." Nick hugged me. His hand was intertwined with Selena's.

I looked up at him, and then to my bestfriend that was literally red at the moment, and winked at her. "Sure. Sure."

Selena smiled at me and walked out with Nick.

"I'll see you later, Okay? We'll be hanging out." Joe touched my burning cheek and chuckled.

"I can't wait."

Then he let go of my hands and walked out of the room, leaving me alone. After a few awkward lonely seconds, my mom entered the room and helped me get ready.

At exactly 8:05pm, the show started.

I took my step onstage and flaunted myself everywhere, giving them a real solo show.

After a couple of songs, I got to have a break. So I entered the backstage and walked passed everybody. I was so exhausted to greet everyone. Few steps away from the door of my room, suddenly, someone grabbed my hand and dragged me away.

"What the?!" I yelled.

"Geez, Demi. It's me." Selena whispered, as if she was trying to hide from someone.

"Oh." I smiled apologetically. "What's wrong?"

"You got serious problem here."

"Where's Nick? Joe? What problem?" My forehead wrinkled involuntarily.

She took in a very deep breath. "Okay.."

"So?"

"Alex is here."
