Wrong sequence.....pinch bolts are tightened last......in case someone follows your illustration.

the cap bolt must to be put BEFORE the stem bolts so that the fork can be properly installed.

Considered doing this with an old sturmey archer 3 speed hub - scarey!! way too complicated!

i think my BMX headset is threadless and im hoping to get a integrated headset and stem for my bike can i take off the threadless headset and put a integrated one?
