Dear Sir,
The passion with which you taught and guided us occupies a special place in our hearts. Your dedication to your duty, your simplicity and sense of fairness has left a lasting impression on all your students.
The way you conducted your life helped us lay the foundation of principles by which we wanted to live ours. It was a great learning to see the practice of what the world today may call 'idealistic moral values'.
The teacher in you motivated us to be better at every step, be it the mathematics class, the cricket field, the squash court or various outdoor activities you took part in. The length you went with many of us to simplify the confusing and frustrating nuances of Algebra, Arithmetic and Geometry will never be forgotten.
Your presence on the cricket field was always inspiring. You played your cricket with the best in India and you still had the immense humility to coach us, the very young children, with love and dedication that was incomparable.
As a House Master and House Matron, you and madam always gave paramount importance to the welfare of the boys.
A whole generation of Mayoites salutes you for the difference you have made in their lives.
