It is a dark time for Puerto Rico. The streets run afoul with gang warfare, drug marketing and homicide. No city is safe from the reach of the ignorant and fanatical. The government, sworn to protect the people of the small country, lies corrupted, tainted by the ever-expanding influence of capitalism and its infinite greed.

Now, the University of Puerto Rico, the island's last haven for human progress and ideology, lies besieged by the forces of the Governor Fortuño and his sadistic crew. The island's Police force (a ragtag band of ineptitude) has fallen under the sway of promised wealth and their own political idiocy. The University's administration has long-past been bought out by the rich and powerful, and now turns against the very institution it was created to protect. Only one element stands between Puerto Rico and total stupidity: the students. Dreamers, thinkers, fighters all of them, but even then only a select few choose to fight back and their means have become ineffective. The tide of darkness draws ever near and as a tiny army of students tries to hold it back, the rest of the country's people lies dormant, conformed with the events they see on their over sized TV screens. Devoid of hope, the people have abandoned any ideas of resistance or have been convinced by a long line of political rhetoric that holds only benefit for the upper echelons of society. The fate of Puerto Rico's very essence lies in the hand of a tamed populace, and the brilliant minds inside the group of Student Fighters can't help but wonder: How do we wake up this sleeping army? How do we wake this benevolent monster that the Government and their allies fear so much?
