Kurama:
You'll get used to that... You see, Demon hearts don't beat in the conventional human sense.

Kuwabara:
Demon?

does anybody know how to pronounce Hiei ? is it like HEE-AY or like HAY-HEE

I'll break it apart so that you can understand it better. In Japanese certain vowel sound different from how they are in English.

a (ah), e (ay), i (ee), o (oh), u (oo)

* Hiei: Hi (hee) ei (ay),

ei ('i' is silent, which gives an 'ay' sound).

* Kurama: Ku (koo) ra (rah) ma (mah)

* Yusuke: Yu (yoo) su (s) ke (kay),

'su' the 'u' is silent which gives you (yoo-s-kay).

"I don't understand why the 'u' is silent. It just is!"

* Kuhabara/ Kuwabara: Ku (koo) ha/ wa (hah/ wah) ba (bah) ra (rah),

it's actually pron. 'Kuhabara' but some regions of Japan pron. it 'Kuwabara'. So either way you pronounce it... it doesn't matter you're still correct. ^_^V
