love the roar of that ish man. only thing i hate bout caddy is that damn north-star engine! unless they worked the kinks out that joint cause once that oil leak happens its a wrap!

@5awhitt the only reason exhausts with higher flow pop like that, is because when you let off the gas pedal, the hot air from the engine stops going out the pipes, and the colder air from outside comes in. Causing the crackling. Just like thunder. You will notice it crackles a lot more when it's colder; like in the winter.

@DeltaBoyy17 it will be louder. Loud doesn't mean it sounds good. My F150 with Borla is on of the best sounding F150's I've heard. And I get that same response from other people. It's not annoyingly loud, but the tone is amazing.

THAT IS A GREAT SOUND..I have the STS but it's only the v6 wish i could get mine to sound like that..but nothing beats that v8 rumble with an aftermarket exhaust

@HaloSpartan86 oh i know. i was just makin a joke. funny thing is people think cadillacs were always quiet old mens cars. fact is in the 60's those things rumbled. they only recently started being quiet. and now their back to a growl. well... a couple cadillacs that is... i love the dts. thats my affordable cadillac... but i would KILL for a cts-v. the zr1 engine one... :) i wish you could see my face right now. my smile is bigger then my computer screen

resonance has nothing to do with that popping noise after letting off the gas, resonance determines the tone. You've gotta be fucking shitting me, nothing is more soothing to the ears than hearing the crackling and warbling of a V-8 like that. The fact that you even compare that to something like a ricer is retarded and so are you. I know a million other people that would kill for their car to sound like that when they take their foot off the gas. When you hear that sound you know the game is already over.
