He had a crush on her at most. I'm sick of people saying Sakura had a stupid crush when in actuality, Naruto had it worse. Sakura CLEARLY hated Naruto in the beginning, he liked her for looks. Sakura liked Sasuke for his looks/coolness. Sakura's 'crush' was definitely more focused on, it was then shown to be more than that, she became in love with Sasuke. People need to remember; It's not easy falling out of love with someone. No-one should blame her for loving him.

The main reason I think it'll be NaruSaku is because of how they all mirror the Sannin so closely in their relationships with one another, there's no denying how juxtaposed those two squads are. Also, when Naruto talked to his mom, she told him to just pick a girl like her. Hinata and Kushina, while both beautiful, are not as alike as Sakura and Kushina are (pink/red, fiery attitude, not to mention they both caught the eyes of certain blondes).

May I take a moment and interrupt these 'shipping wars by saying: HOLY SMOKES! You are hi-LAR-ious! I love your impressions and sarcasm!

I myself was a SasuSaku / NaruHina fan until I came to the conclusion that the whole Naruto series is about growing up and changing (whether good or ... evil) I don't think that SasuSaku is going to happen, that ships sailed. And I don't see NaruHina for the simple fact that I can't see someone as stubborn as Naruto simply flipping a switch and liking another.
