Well they have to say it like, "Emma Watoson." The katakana/hiragana wouldn't allow to say it like, "Emma Watson." Since people in Japan don't have to have that kind of pronounciation in their language, they don't practice it and that's how her name just turns out that weird.. Rupert Grint's name would be pronounced "Roopa-to Gurinto" if they said it. And I would know this because I'm Japanese ( :
