This clip is of a goal scored by Jay Pandolfo that should've counted, but didn't.
Jamie Langenbrunner intercepts a Sens pass and gets the puck to John Madden. Madden gets it back to Langenbrunner who centers to Jay Pandolfo who buries it past Patrick Lalime. He buried it so hard it was in the net for barely a second, and no one realized it was in!

@ckendall67 still, the nhl needs to review these kinds of plays, especially in the playoffs.

@BryantFinlay Devils still won the game, so the "phantom goal" ended up being rather moot...get over it LOL

typical nhl mess-up where they don't even bother to review a potential goal, just like with calgary vs tampa bay in game 6 of the 2004 final

even though we won, did that count?

yes because the series would've been over in 6 and the sens would've been in the finals

thank god the devils ended up winning this one. this would have hurt if this game had gone to OT and the sens had won. oh well...
