  • haaha. . . used to watch his show with mom wen i was kid. first thing after i came back from school.

    and only yan can give you a dramatic four minutes of cooking time - mincing ginger. it actually took only arnd 15 secs. . . but all those 4 mins were fun.

  • Using a spoon to peel ginger = the way to do it... so much better than watching one of the other shows and watching them cut if with a knife.. wasting ginger T_T
