this is a sort of motorbike taxi usually used in remote areas in Southern Philippines where public transportation is scarce. They don't travel unless they a get a reasonable number of passenger

Sorry I can not reply in your own language but it appears to me you are saying the rider is irresponsible for carrying 6 passengers. is that correct?
I suggest you be a bit more lenient in your judgement as I am guessing you have never visited the remote area where this video was filmed. in this place this is no more irresponsible than diving along an autobahn in Germany at 200km/h and passing cars in the adjacent lane which are only travelling at 120km/h

Isa, I think Rambler (or maybe the world) would benefit more from if he was to spend some time as a "Guest" of the MILF or NPA and treated to some of there hospitality to knock some of his smartarse attitude out of him :)
