you know what the stupidest rule ever made is. No portable devices on takeoff or landing. It's so fucking dumb. Look how many aircraft videos are on youtube.

You are correct, that and every time I've sat in First, they don't give a crap what you're doing. My last flight in to DFW I had my laptop open and playing a movie all the way to the gate (didn't realize we were landing until... we landed)

Cameras are indeed allowed, but technically they're not supposed to be on during take-offs and landings.

I don't think anything is allowed but the people who shoot these are sneaking their cameras. It's not like the FA's are through the cabin during take-off and landing.
