Aurien was brought to the RSPCA by the Inspectors after she was thought to be an injured stray. She was taken to a local vet who thought she had a hernia, our vets discovered that the 'hernia' turned out to be severe bite marks that had been there for many years. Aurien is a sweet girl, who likes to chat and should fit well into most families with slightly older children.

Stumpy is a male staffy cross, approximately four years old, who arrived at the RSPCA after being found by the local rangers walking the streets alone. We named him Stumpy because he had a severely damaged tail, which because it was causing him so much pain we had to amputate. Stumpy can be a little submissive and timid, but warms up to you quickly. He may not be suitable for smaller, more boisterous children but he gets along with other dogs. He would suit a dedicated owner who'll spend the time building his confidence because he has great potential to come out of his shell poor little fella.
