Maybe THIS could help you as a Tutorial :) I drew this on Paint Tool Sai, Its easier than Photoshop. On this you can see the steps that I follow to make a full-body picture.

Then I will record myself whicle Im coloring it ^^

Do you have a tablet? It's impossible to draw things like that without a tablet &+ you say you use Paint Tool Sai, so you have to use a tablet. Do you use one?

that's the good thing i've noticed with SAI, you can flip the image this way and that to get a better drawing angle. wish i had that capability with Gimp. like the drawing though
