Do you mean the lick that is repeated several times in the solo? Full bend the B string at fret 15 , hit E (small) string at fret 12 then bend B at 15 again. Is that what you were looking for?

Oh, sorry - my bad. I mean the one you play somewhere near the 19th or 20th fret (0:17-0:19)

Hit the E string at fret 22 then full bend the B string at fret 22.
