i work for local 100 and sure you can do that with snips (use rights) but you wont get the natural bend you will have to bend as you cut

They do make a hand held type as well...however you will need to ask for double cut shears what he was using was not a nibbler........

Hello Terry, What is the maximum thickness of metal that the nibbler will cut? That nibbler looks like it is a heavy duty set. Do they make smaller ones for hobby/light duty use?
