  • Oh yeah, well this is how I make a living. We use two men, take two hours but sometimes five. Granite ain't no exact science. So please, the lady's happy which is the main thing and can you really tell how good their finish is before this claim.

  • Why are they under the plastic?

  • we have a kitchen that we want to put granite counters, but I am having a difficult time deciding what color to choose, we have white cabinets and a white floor, the rest of the dining room and livingroom have cherry wood flooring and brown and beige furnature. I don't want black, any help would be appreciated

  • 1 Removal ( I hate removals )

    3 piece kicthen

    1 undermaunt sink

    1 seam " black " ( easy mix )

1 cooktop cut ( pain in the ass )

    3 or 4 guys

    5 hrs

    i think 2 guys 3 hours if all measurements r good !!!!

IF U R PAY BY THE HOUR FINE !!!!

BUT MISTER " I M COOLER THAN U " CHAPE28 CAN DO UNDER 2 HOURS HAHAHA BULL SHIT !!!! AND THERE WAS A COOKTOP TO CUT IDIOT !!!! NOT JUST THE SEAM ....

  • and obviously it took them longer because they probably messed up their seam and had to polish the profile which is why they were under the plastic

  • me and my partner could do this installation in under 2 hours

  • just like cal said use a two part epoxy...make sure you have colors for color match you do not wanna use clear and the best tool to set your seam is gorillla clamps they are basically a vacuum seal that suction down to the different tops and have a turnbuckle to spread or tighten the seam and use J hooks to make fine adjustments

  • The best way to join the Granite is ti use an 2 part epoxy resin, resin and a hardner, use a grinder to score a line down the joint of the 2 sides of the joints so when you push them to together it can stick well. also make sure that your levels are good or the joint will look crap.

  • is there anybody out there to share on how they do the join in granite or recon?

  • mmmmmmmmm
