Easy way to raise your weapon skill (any weapon + unarmed)
You can go AFK if you are a tank or if you have some way to heal yourself while hitting him..

Grol the Destroyer hits hard and has a knockdown stun and a knock-up. Immune to stuns.

works though, took me an hour doing this to get from 0 to 390 (rogue, using slice and dice) so I suggest getting to around that and just doing a heroic or something
