Soul singer Vivian Green has been a successful songwriter penning songs for artists like Brittany Spears to Boyz To Men.
She was also back-up vocalist to Jill Scott before singing and recording her debut 2002 disc "A Love Story." The disc's first single "Emotional Rollercoster" was a major hit.
Her latest E-Music disc "Beautiful" was released on Tuesday and Vivian held her record release party at S.O.B's. The disc was produced by Jason Farmer, longtime collaborator Anthony Bell, and her younger brother Solomon Green to co-write four songs on the album.
Journalist and interviewer Brian Pace sits down with Vivian at S.O.B's live in New York City.
When the interviewer said it was a break up album, I was like, "no it's not." LOL! I like her speaking voice.
