Only condition for marriage in In Islam is that the girl has to reach her puberty. When Aisha(many Allah be pleased with her) was married to prophet Muhammad(peace be on him) she was 6 but when she moved to his house she was 9 and the resouce tells us she attained her puberty at about 9. And she was not married against her will but she liked the prophet and the prophet played with her as she was a little girl. Among all the wives( the mother of the believers) Aisha was the only virgin wife.
