if the grizzlies make the playoffs in 2011 then the jazz get the pick but if the grizzlies don't make the playoffs then the grizzlies will keep their 1st round pick since it is protected
grizzlies got a steal in ronnie brewer and a good player. ronnie will win the 6 man of the year in 2011

and i think the pick they got is really good. Face it, brewer was going to leave after this season as his agent seemed like he wanted way more money than the jazz had available to give him. and remember the year we got deron we traded up to get him. now we'll have the knicks pick this year (top 10 easily), combined with memphis pick, we could trade those two picks to move up again to get somebody high (how awesome would it be to get turner out of OSU baby! he'd be great at the shooting guard).

wow, so this is where the rumor started about koufas and fasenko, lol. as for the trade, i was in shock when i saw brewer was traded, but i honestly think it was for the best. mathews plays defense comparable to him while korver shoots much better than him. but man i will miss brewer, he gave 100% effort every freakin game and i wish him well! it sucks to that he got hurt in his very first game for memphis!

Long time no see guys. I miss Brewer already and hope he comes back someday. I just hope we can make a serious run in the playoffs. Maybe that will convince AK and Boozer to stay after this season. Down with the thuggets, down with the Flakers, and GO JAZZ!!

I am pissed of that Ronnie is traded =( so bad that he has to go for a first round pick thats stupid....what a big mistake

Guys, I'm so pissed off that we got rid of Brewer that I don't even know what to say. If we lose Deron Williams down the stretch because of this, then I am going to convert to Buddhism and possibly resort to an ahmish lifestyle.
