Experience was the difference...the Pens have a great team, but they were like the 1983 Oilers...you can have all the talent in the world, but experience WITH talent will win out as you saw. One more thing, don't let stats trick you, cause the Western Conference is better than the east, as it has a better distribution of good talent while the East has more superstars(Malkin, Lecavalier,Crosby, and Ovechkin).
